Apartment use

Check in is from 14 pm and check out until 11 am. If the apartment is available earlier on the day of arrival we can provide an earlier arrival (without charge). Also, if the apartment is available in the afternoon, we will gladly allow a later check out. Please feel free to contact us to arrange the time of arrival and departure.

House rules

All guests should respect other residents in building. House rules can be find in every apartment by the info desk.

Privacy

ZagrebApartments pledges to protect personal data from its customers. We will gather only the personal data necessary to carry out the orders submitted; FirstChoice Apartments informs the customers on the way of securing the personal data, and gives its customers the ability to choose not to participate in various lists which we may prepare for marketing purposes or to remove their data from our system altogether.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 15 days earlier. For cancellation 15-3 days we hold advance payment (30%) and the rest of the payment we transfer back to your account. For cancellation 3-1 day before arrival or no show, we keep total amount of payment.

Internal problems

ZagrebApartments reserves the right to substitute the apartment reserved with another, similar or higher category apartment, but at the initial and confirmed rate, in case the apartment reserved cannot be rented because of internal problems.

Deposit

Deposit insurance claims in the amount of EUR 50 shall be granted on arrival and returned on departure provided there has been no damage to the apartment and property, and that any additional costs are fully subsidized.
